Sleep of Apples is our 3rd album in10 years of working together. Its been a bit of a stop-start affair where we wrote songs after the last album Falling from Grace, but then dumped most of them and started again.

This was a difficult album, working around bouts of despair and apathy, losing files, having equipment failure, back to despair again and finally pulling together all the bursts of creativity and persevering with it.

I took some singing lessons and got more confident vocally, and explored literary sources for inspiration for lyrics-I loved that bit.
Chris Bigg designed the artwork for the CD cover (which is gorgeous btw!) It was fantastic to work with him again after all these years from my time at 4AD.
Released on 6th December on Bandcamp as digital and CD in a Maltese Cross wallet.
